2014 Chevrolet Silverado High Country will pickup joint in the premium segment when it joins the LTZ and Z71 models in the Silverado lineup in the fall of 2013. High Country is Aimed at competitors such as the Ford F-series.

Customers will be offered two engine options. 5.3L V-8 engine EcoTec3, SAE-certified at 355 horsepower (250 kW), with a V-8 fuel economy up to class-leading 23 mpg highway (2WD models). The second engine is the all-new 6.2L V-8 EcoTec3. All engines have direct fuel injection, Active Fuel Management and continuously variable valve timing.
New Chevrolet Silverado High Country will go on sale in the fourth quarter of 2013. The general manager has not disclosed the exact price for the luxury truck.
