2014 Porsche 911 Turbo S and 2014 Porsche 911 Turbo has unveiled by Porsche. The both of two doors car get scheduled debut at September’s in 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show. No manual transmission will be available. Both cars will only be available with a seven-speed PDK dual-clutch transmission. The Turbo’s price rises by $12,800 to $149,250 including destination fees.
The 911 Turbo models will set themselves apart visually with a wider rear end and unique 20-inch wheels. On the Turbo S, the headlights will be full LED units. Cosmetic changes to the new release include a longer and wider body style, 20-inch alloy wheels, and options for the likes of LED headlights with four-point daytime running lights and a camera-assisted control for the main beam. Finally, a retractable three-stage rear spoiler and deployable rear wing complete the look.
Both of the 911 Turbo and high-performance Turbo S go with the six-cylinder of 3.8 liter direct-injection turbocharged engine under the hood. The 911 Turbo’s horsepower jumps by 20 to 520 total, while the torque falls by 29 to 487 total. Porsche says this new power helps the 911 Turbo hit 60 mph from a standstill in 3.2 seconds. The Turbo S now has 560 horsepower up from 530 and the same 516 pound-feet of torque. It will do the 0-60 mph run in 2.9 seconds.
The 911 Turbo and Turbo S are scheduled to start rolling into dealerships at the end of 2013. Price, 2014 Porsche 911 Turbo to start at €162,055 EUR (approximately $212,507 USD) while the Turbo S will retail for €195,256 EUR (approximately $256,044 USD).
