Exterior design, the focal point of the new look is a 'twin-nostril' grille and an all-new fascia that helps to deliver both an aggressive look and an air intake surface large enough to cool. The new front-end design of the 2014 Vauxhall VXR8 has bold graphics and shallow ramp angles that emphasise width and stance. Now, daytime running lights can operate when the headlights are turned on. The 20-inch 'Blade' forged alloy wheels complete the front-end design. At the rear, the Vauxhall VXR8 has distinctive LED tail lamps, while the 'diffuser' rear fascia houses quad exhaust outlets finished in shadow chrome. Brake torque vectoring, magnetic ride control and electronic power steering are among the tech highlights.
Interior, cabin design has undergone a raft of design changes. An upgraded instrument panel with suede-style inserts, a new instrument cluster, gauges, centre console, appliques and door trims combine to deliver a more premium look and feel. They can give comoftable to VXR8's passangers.
That power comes from an all-American 6.2 liter supercharged LSA V8, the same engine they put in the Camaro ZL1. With 545lb ft of torque, the VXR8 can do 0 to 60 mph in 4.9 seconds, but the top speed is sadly limited to 155 mph.
