Citroen has unveiled their newest car, the 2014 Citroen C4 Picasso. This is a five-passenger hatchback with a stunning design. For best performance promises, Citroen offers several engine options for this car.
Frédéric Soubirou, Citroen designers, create a signature sides, form C in chrome that gives a side view of the new Citroen C4 Picasso strong personality. The front end styling marks the renewal in Citroen, with firmer engine compartment and a new look for chevrons. Slim LED daytime-running lights extend the lines of the radiator grille, sits just above the slim lights.
cabin was nicely furnished with high quality materials and nice design. Notable highlights include a two-tone leather upholstery, wood trim and metallic accents. Citroen also provides a center-mounted instrument cluster which is above the infotainment system which is flanked by the switchgear. This obviously will provide easy access for the driver to reach.
Safety systems offered for the C4 Picasso include Active cruise control, Active front driver and passenger seatbelts, a video LDWS (Lane Departure Warning System), automatic high beam operation, a blind spot monitoring system and the carmaker's eTouch system.
Some powertrain offered to customers. Airdream HDi 90 engine mated to a 6-speed clutchless gearbox new, ETG6 which emits just 98 g / km of CO2, for a combined consumption of 3.8 l/100 km. E-HDi 115 engine at the core of the line-up emits only 104 grams of CO2 with ETG6 gearbox (105 grams with a manual gearbox) for the combined consumption of 4 l / 100 km.
Besides, Citroen C4 Picasso models will be the first for Citroen ship with engines meeting Euro 6 standard BlueHDi. BlueHDi 150 emits 110 g / km CO2 module features the SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction).
Citroen C4 Picasso goes on sale this summer, with prices from around £ 20,000.
