This car is available with several engine options. Five-cylinder 2.5-liter T5 engine has a power output of 254 hp and 400 Nm of torque. T5 is also available in a version of the 2.0-liter with 213 hp and 300 Nm of torque. T4 1.6-liter engine with 180 horsepower and maximum torque GTDI 270 Nm. and the 2.0-liter five-cylinder with 180 hp and 300 Nm of torque T4.
2013 Volvo V40 Cross Country will be built at the Volvo Car Corporation's manufacturing plant in Ghent, Belgium. Production will take place in November 2012.
